All alcohol must be purchased and provided by the client or venue.

We will gladly assist in creating a shopping list based on your event and menu, but we cannot handle the transaction or transport of alcohol.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this condition in accordance with state alcohol laws.

BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

To secure your event date with Three Rose Bartending, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your spot on our calendar and allows us to begin planning for your event.

If event is within 30 days of booking then a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be due.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to additional fees.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms and confirm that all guests will be 21+ when consuming alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage.

GRATUITY

Service fees do not include gratuity for the bartender, which can be handled one of two ways: You may allow a tip jar to be placed on the mobile bartending service bar, which is the preferred method, or opt in for “hosted gratuity,” in which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pre-pays for the gratuity. Hosted gratuity is 25% of the total service package price
